Here at GGHT we are committed to delivering excellent services to all of our customers and leaseholders.
We want you to feel we are open to your feedback and always interested in what you have to say.
To do this, we believe that you, the people who use our services, should be making decisions with us.
Our new Community Consultative Forum (CCF) brings together tenants and leaseholders from GGHT, Helena as well as local authority representatives. The panel of 12 monitor performance, Value for Money and service delivery across the Torus group, ensuring your views are taken into account.
We aim to provide all customers with the chance to get involved, have their say and give their feedback to the CCF, these include:
- Digital Consultation: Customers can give their views via online surveys and social media by joining Torus Talk our closed Facebook group.
- Focus Groups: Customers will have the opportunity to get involved in project specific focus groups, which will be set up to look at individual issues, service changes and processes that may affect customers and leaseholders. These groups will include mystery shopping/tenant inspectors, scrutiny and service specific task and finish groups.
- Traditional Groups: We have an on-going commitment to support our local Tenants & Residents Associations, Volunteer and Community Groups through support and funding opportunities.
We encourage customers from all backgrounds to provide feedback, take part in community projects with us, attend events and most importantly be a real part of our organisation and help us to make changes for the better.
