Everyone should be able to access the internet.  Here are some local and national support available for disabled users:

​Warrington Disability Partnership 

The WDP have an IT suite run by disabled people for disabled people.  You can find out about specialist equipment and software to help you use a computer.  The facility is also a registered UK Online provider and holds regular learning sessions.  Find out more on the​ WDP website.
