lady and man in evening wear shaking handsGGHT were first recognised as an Investor in People in 2005, again in 2007, and then have been recommended for a Gold Investor in People award in September 2010, a status that less than 1% of organisations achieve, and it s something we re really proud of and committed to retaining.

GGHT enters the Best Companies accreditation process on an annual basis. In 2013, we were ranked in the Top 100 Companies and as 'One to Watch'. Best Companies are committed to helping organisations listen to their employee';s opinions so they can improve employee engagement. Each year Best Companies survey hundreds of thousands of employees from around the world to help organisations identify the areas where they can improve. GGHT is very proud of this status.

We're an ILM and CIH accredited centre and offer these qualifications to our own people and to staff from other organisations.
