Online payments - via Allpay
You can make a payment using the Allpay secure on-line system. You will need your rent reference number (the 19 digit AllPay reference, NOT the 8 digit rent reference) and a debit card. Or use your Allpay card and pay online with them direct on the Allpay website.
Telephone payments - Using Your Debit Card
You can make payments by phone if you have a debit card. Phone our 24 hour automated service on 01925 452452 (select option 2, then option 4).
You can choose payment frequency weekly, fortnightly, 4 weekly or monthly on a date to suit your banking arrangements. Please contact us

You can pay your rent by post, we accept cheque or postal orders which should be made payable to GGHT. Please ensure you include your rent reference and address with your payment, we will send you a receipt for the payment made. All postal payments should be sent to GGHT, PO Box 1181, Warrington, WA1 9FB. Do NOT send cash through the post.
Paying your rent using Allpay and Paypoint
We do not take payments at any of our offices. This includes rent, leaseholder service charges, Council Tax, water or any other Council charges. You can use Allpay which enables our customers to pay at more than 60 locations throughout Warrington
(keep a look out for the logos).
A lot of GGHT customers already pay their household bills such as gas and electricity using a payment card such as Allpay. You can pay wherever you see one of the signs. To pay your rent you simply take your GGHT Allpay card and give the cashier the amount you want to pay. The outlet will then give you a receipt. Many outlets also allow you to pay by credit or debit card as well as cash. If ALLPAY is written on the bottom of your GGHT payment card your card is ready to use. If not please contact us.
You can pay your rent or service charge at any outlet that displays the Allpay or PayPoint sign. You will need your GGHT rent payment card with you. For more information on PayPoint outlets please visit the PayPoint Locator

Text - Using Your Mobile Phone:
Allpayments.text gives you the flexibility to pay your rent charges using your mobile phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To begin securely texting rent payments, you simply need a UK registered mobile phone, a valid allpay.net swipecard and a current debit or credit card. After a brief online registration (just go to www.allpayments.net
) you can then pay your bills on the move anytime, anywhere.
Once registered, to make a payment simply text "Pay" along with the registered text code "Rent" and the amount you wish to pay followed by the text password which is the last four digits of your debit or credit card. Its that simple!!

Once you have logged into your account via the App, you can store all of your payment reference numbers and payment amounts so you don’t have to enter them every time, plus you can create a 4 digit PIN number to access the app so they you need to go through a log in process every time you want to use it. The App is available free of charge and enables customers to pay bills easily, wherever they are, at the touch of a button.
