or bad. If things do go wrong, GGHT aim to make sure that we deal with and
resolve your issue as quickly and effectively as possible.
If your feedback needs GGHT to log
a complaint we endeavour to respond to all Stage 1 complaints
within 5 working days. However, this may not always be possible and we will
keep you informed if this is not possible.
