exterior of bank park houseOur environmentally-friendly head office, Bank Park House, opened its doors in May 2014.

It is located just at the edge of Warrington Town Centre, at the back of Bank Park/Law Courts (next to the Travel Lodge on Midland Way). 

It is a few minutes by foot from the bus station and the town centre.  It is a short walk or very short taxi ride from both train stations.​

When you visit Bank Park House we will try to deal with your enquiry as efficiently as possible. It  is our main location for customer ‘face to face’ contact.  Full customer service is available.  A member of our team might approach you to check why you are visiting. If they can't help you there and then they will ask you to take a seat while they get a member of staff who can deal with your enquiry. While you are waiting you can take advantage of the free computers & internet access on offer in the public area.

By public transport:

  • Train:  Both Central and Bank Quay Station are short walks away; however a short taxi ride is always an option.
  • Bus:  The Warrington Interchange (bus station) is a couple of minutes away by foot.

​By car & parking:  

Please note there is no visitor parking at Bank Park House.  There are several town centre car parks just a short walk from the office; the nearest being:
  • Travelodge, Kendrick Street (Pay & Display/max 24 hrs with £5 minimum spend / Blue Badge free but must inform hotel reception staff)
  • Golden Square (Multi Storey - exit onto Legh Street near to Debenhams)
  • Bank House/Town Hall (Pay & Display back of Bank House on Sankey Street/max 4hrs)
  • Disabled parking is available in the Bank Park House car park, with 4 spaces available.  Allocated on a first come, first served basis.
  • Other visitors are requested to use one of the public car parks close by (see map).

Road Links:  

Bank Park House is situated on Midland Way and is accessed via Kendrick Street.  From the M6 junction 21 follow the A57 towards Liverpool and Widnes. Follow the A57 to Warrington Town Centre. After the roundabout with Asda on the left hand side and the railway on the right hand side, the road leading to Bank Park House is on the next left at the traffic lights adjacent to Golden Square Park/Debenhams.
